In 2024, Metrics was presented with an opportunity to acquire and develop the project with an established builder/ developer JV partner.
The site is located 7km from the Sydney CBD and is just 200 metres from the St Leonard’s train station and the new Crows Nest Metro station, which provides the purchasers with a 7-minute service to the Sydney CBD.
