In 2023, Metrics had the opportunity to acquire and develop the project alongside an experienced local builder-developer joint venture partner.
The project offers views of the Swan River and the Perth CBD skyline. The site is also well positioned, with convenient access to tennis, golf and yacht club facilities, along with nearby retail amenities including Broadway Fair Shopping Centre.
Residents have access to a full suite of resort-style amenities, including a gym, sauna, yoga space, outdoor terrace and billiards room, as well as shared lounge and dining areas and a dedicated wine lounge.
The apartment product mix is weighted towards three-bedroom units, aligning with the strategy of targeting owner occupier purchasers, specifically downsizers and right-sizers. The project also includes a small number of two-bedroom units.
The project was completed in Q4 2025, and purchasers have now moved in.
