In December 2023, Metrics acquired the site with a local private developer. The site is located in Penrith, 50km north-west of the Sydney CBD and is one of the major commercial centres in Greater Western Sydney.

The development consists of two residential towers. A 13-storey residential tower with lake views and a 5-storey residential tower.

Residents will be able to enjoy shared common area facilities, including a barbeque area and infinity pool with uninterrupted views towards the Blue Mountains as well as a lakefront promenade offering a range of dining options on the ground floor.

The project forms stage four of the broader East Side Quarter precinct, allowing the JV to leverage off the completion of earlier stages within the precinct.

The development appeals to a wide range of potential purchasers, including both owner occupiers and investors. Purchasers can choose between three product type offerings with apartments starting from 1 bedroom and ranging up to four bedrooms. There is also a limited release of 8 townhouse style dwellings located on the ground level.

The builder has commenced main works on site with a target construction completion date of Q4 2027.
