In June 2021, Metrics was presented with an opportunity to acquire and develop the project with an experienced local developer.
The project is located within the Mona Vale Village precinct, on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, located 1km from Mona Vale Beach. Surrounding amenity provides various retail and service offerings, with the project connected to transport options including the B-line express service to the Sydney CBD.

The apartment product mix primarily comprises of two and three bed units, aligning with the sales strategy to owner occupier, specifically downsizers who are seeking a convenient and accessible beachside lifestyle.
The retail tenancies include Guzman Y Gomez, Mode Pilates, and Belle Property with advances negotiations underway to lease the remaining tenancies. The retail allotments are expected to be leased and sold as a portfolio in Q2 2026.
The project reached practical completion in Q4 2025, with over half the residential stock sold off the plan and settled, with the remaining stock expected to sell down by Q3 2026.
