In April 2023, Metrics was presented with an opportunity to acquire and develop the project with an existing builder / developer JV partner.

The site benefits from being in close proximity to the Chatswood CBD, in particularly the Metro station providing easy access into the Sydney CBD. Chatswood provides a large amount of amenity including a vibrant dining scene, shopping centres and restaurants.
