In April 2024, Metrics entered into a project delivery agreement on the site with a local builder / developer. The site is located on Broadbeach Boulevard, close to local retail amenities including Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, the Gold Coast's premier retail centre, Oasis Shopping Centre, Broadbeach light rail station and Star Casino.
Purchasers enjoy 270 degree beachfront views with access to a full suite of resort-grade amenities including a glass-edged ocean-view pool, spa, infrared and traditional sauna, cold plunge, modern gym, yoga and reformer Pilates areas, plus outdoor kitchen, BBQ dining and lounge spaces overlooking the ocean.
The development offers full floor apartments with a multi-level penthouse with private pool. The full floor apartments are three-bedroom units, aligning with the strategy of targeting owner occupier purchasers, specifically second home buyers and downsizers.
The project has benefited from a planning amendment with increase in height allowing for an additional full floor apartment, increasing project returns compared with the original underwrite feasibility.
The structure was topped out in May 2026 with practical completion forecasted for the end of 2026.
