In 2024, Metrics was approached to invest in a DA approved, construction ready site by an established builder/ developer JV partner.
The site is located 18km from the Sydney CBD and 150 metres from the Epping railway / metro station, which provides a 20-minute service between Epping and the Sydney CBD. The site is well located near local retail amenities at the Epping Town Centre and Eastwood Eat Street.
The purchases will have access to a resort-style offering featuring two rooftop pools, outdoor cinema, gym, wellness centre, club lounge, alfresco kitchen and barbecue.
The apartment product mix is weighted towards two and three bed units, aligning with the sales strategy of targeting owner occupiers, primarily young families.
Purchasers can choose apartments ranging between one bedroom and up to four bedrooms. The project has 81affordable apartments as well as four penthouses.
The builder has commenced the main works on site with a target construction completion date of Q3 2028.
