In October 2021, Metrics was presented with an opportunity to invest into the project in a JV with Frasers Group, a large, international property developer.
The project is for a mixed-use development in Melbourne’s inner west, 6km west of the Melbourne CBD, adjacent to extensive parkland and sporting facilities.
The Project is being delivered over 18 stages, comprising 15 townhouse stages, 2 residential apartment stages and a retail stage. A number of these stages are being delivered concurrently.
Residents will have exclusive access to amenity comprising of a luxury health and wellbeing centre, state-of-the-art gymnasium, yoga studio and a wellness studio which houses a meditation courtyard. The project also includes a half basketball court, pool, spa and sauna, as well as an outdoor family courtyard.
The development of the adjacent neighbourhood shopping centre will comprise a full line supermarket, childcare centre, library and 7,000m2 of specialty retail.
The development will offer a range of 1, 2 and 3 and 4 bedroom apartments, as well as larger 3, 4 and 5 bedroom townhouses. The diverse product mix provides a whole of market offering including owner occupiers and investors at a range of various budgets.
The strategy for the development of the estate is on a rolling basis through the various stages. Bulk earthworks and estate works are completed, with the first stage of townhouse development (Stage 1) now completed.
The final stage will be completed in 2032.
