In August 2025, Metrics was presented with the opportunity to acquire the site in an off-market transaction in Joint-Venture with an experienced builder / developer. The Project is located within the inner-west suburb of Five Dock, NSW, presenting the largest mixed-use projects within Sydney’s inner west.
The retail component will comprise 14,700sqm of retail space consisting of a major supermarket and approximately 26 specialty retailers, with the design providing a village-like feel for residents and public. The development will also provide a 2,290 sqm public park on the eastern side of the project.
This project offers a collection of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom residences across 5 buildings, including 218 dedicated affordable housing units. Residences have been designed with large internal spaces, good storage, high-quality fixtures and finishes. The builder commenced works on site in September 2025. Stage 1 construction will be complete in 2028 and the entire Project will be complete in 2030. Sales and marketing activities have commenced with the Project to be launched in 2026.
