In March 2023, Metrics was presented with an opportunity to acquire the DA approved site in a JV with three other investment partners, who have significant development and hotel experience.
The site is situated on Pitt Street in the mid-town precinct of the Sydney CBD, in between China Town and Town Hall.
The site is close to the business district as well as restaurant and entertainment precincts such as Pitt St Mall, Korea town, China Town and Thai Town. Guests will also benefit from being close to transport links including railway/metro stations connecting them to the airport and broadly across the city, making it an attractive option for travellers.
Hotel guest swill enjoy access to onsite amenities including a gym, restaurants, bars and retail outlets. Of particular attraction, the hotel will boast a rooftop bar, and an outdoor dining area on level 4.
Construction is underway, with a target construction completion and hotel opening date in 2027.
