Redemption Requests

MCP Wholesale Investments Trust​

Subject to the terms of the Information Memorandum (IM), where the Trust is liquid, Investors may redeem their units in the Trust on a monthly basis on the Redemption Date by providing a written redemption request in accordance with the IM. Redemption requests must be received by the Trustee at least 15 Business Days prior to the last Business Day of the month.

It is expected that the Trustee will satisfy Redemption Requests within 15 days of the relevant Redemption Date however, under the Constitution the Trustee has up to 180 days from the relevant Redemption Date to pay redeeming Investors their redemption proceeds. In certain circumstances the Trustee may suspend or stagger redemptions in accordance with the Constitution. Further information is available in the IM.

Defined terms have the meaning given to them in the PDS. For ease of reference:

Business Day means a day on which banks are open for general banking business in Sydney, Australia.

‍

Redemption Date means the last Business Day of each month.

*Public holidays for NSW are taken into consideration when calculating 10 Business Days’ notice and, in calculating the 10 Business Days, the last Business Day of the month is not included.
